Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept a return for refund due to hygiene purposes. However, if the reason is defects and misdelivery due to product defects, the merchandise must be received within 14 days of delivery, and exchange/return may be difficult if received after 14 days.

Return for exchange due to the reasons set out below is definitely possible. We will gladly accept merchandise for exchange that meets the eligibility criterias.

All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product, and in case of exchange due to a simple change of mind, shipping costs will be incurred

Please note that exchange processing is only possible within the options of the purchased product, and it is difficult to accept exchanges for other products.

Exchange shipping costs are deducted and paid for.

- Please understand that the method of enclosing the shipping cost is not carried out because there is a risk of losing the shipping cost.
- Additional shipping cost will be incurred if it is lost during shipping after arbitrarily enclosed.

When packing the product for exchange, put it in the poly bag it was packaged in and pack it in the same condition you received it.

- For 2 or more products, put each product in a separate poly bag, and then put them all in one packaging.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if each product is retrieved individually.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

Item must be:

- Unused
- Unwashed
- Original tag attached
- In the original package
- In the same condition that you received it

If the exchange product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, Mulawear Singapore will not be accepting the exchange request. For exchange to be valid, the request for the exchange of items must be submitted and mailed back within the stipulated time frame.

Final sale items cannot be exchanged.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange

If there is water loss due to the fabric dyeing process,
- It is recommended to use after hand washing in cold water 2 to 4 times according to the recommended washing method.
- If water runs out during initial washing, please refrain from wearing it and contact customer service.

In case some of the seams are not arranged (the part sewn to prevent tearing by finishing)

Colors expressed by the monitor, color differences due to individual differences

Wrinkles during shipping, folds during product storage and packaging / Steam iron marks / Slip agent (white powder) marks

If fluff occurs due to friction after wearing due to the characteristics of the fabric

Unique smell of fabric
- It is recommended to wear after washing 2 to 4 times according to the recommended washing method.

If there is hair loss on the down jacket (padding)

In the case of a design with a pattern, the position or arrangement of the pattern is different from the detail page image (it may differ depending on the cutting method).

Defective / Wrong products

If the product is defective or misdelivered before wearing, please take a picture within 14 days and contact the customer center before submitting.

- Even in the case of defective or incorrect delivery, there may be restrictions on handling when removing/wearing tags, care labels, and washing.

In the case of a defective product, it is difficult to process an exchange/return if you send it directly at your own discretion, and free processing may not be possible depending on the condition of the product when it is received.

Refund Method

Refunds on returns due to defects and misdelivery can only be processed through the store credits by default.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
