Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. An email containing your tracking number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped. You may view your order status under Order Status in your account or key in your order number under Track Your Order.

Any amendment of orders once they have been confirmed cannot be guaranteed and Mulawear will not be liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed. Please contact us immediately at hello@mulawear.sg and our customer service team will assist you.

Please expect delay in order processing and dispatch during peak season or sale periods. 

Payment Methods

We accept payment via all major credit/debit cards including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) by default and inclusive of GST.

Mula Rewards

Earn at least 500 points to start using your Rewards.
You can redeem your Mula Rewards Points on any merchandise on our websites.

Discount & Promotions

Each promotion or special offer has a code that you can type in during checkout: multiple coupons/promotions are not stackable unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed using discount codes or during sales and promotions are not applicable for exchange or returns, unless otherwise stated.

Discounts are only valid if the discount codes are entered at the time of purchase. We will not be able to apply discounts to your order once it has been placed.

All discount codes used cannot be reinstated if orders are cancelled.
