While we do our best to be quick with dispatch to ensure delivery within 2-3 business days after order completion, please expect slight delays.
An email containing your tracking number will be sent to notify you once your order has been dispatched. Otherwise, you may view your order status under Order Status in your account or key in your order number under Track Your Order.
Any amendment of orders once they have been confirmed cannot be guaranteed and Mulawear will not be liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed. Please contact us immediately at hello@email.com and our customer service team will do their best to assist you.
Thank you for your interest in our products! While we are unable to confirm any restocks, do join our waitlist to be notified of any backorders or restocks. We will drop you an email for any updates on the items you have indicated your interest in.
Yes! Kindly select the self-collection option upon checkout and choose your preferred store location. Self-collection will be strictly by appointment basis due in accordance with safe management measures. Kindly note that there will strictly be no changes during collection. Collection can be done at any stores below:

Yes we do! We offer complimentary shipping for all orders over S$50 with delivery addresses in Singapore.
International Delivery

Yes, we offer a one-time exchange on all items that meet the eligibility criteria, except for final sale items. All returns and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product, and in case of exchange/return due to a simple change of mind, shipping costs will be incurred.
To request an exchange, please contact us at xxx@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Email Address used to place order
- Item code and name
- Reason for return (too big, too small, too short etc.)
Our Customer Service team will be in touch to provide you with the necessary instructions within 1-2 working days. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from our team.
Exchange eligibility criteria: - Unused
- Unwashed
- Original tag attached
- In the original package
- In the same condition that you received it
*All items on sale or items bought during promotional periods and/or using discount codes are strictly not eligible for return, refund or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The entire process should take about 5-7 business days.
If the product is defective or misdelivered before wearing, please take a picture within 14 days and contact the customer center at xxx@gmail.com with the following details before sending it back.

- Description of defect/incorrect item
Our Customer Service Team will attend to you within 1-2 working days.
Even in the case of defective or incorrect delivery, there may be restrictions on handling when removing/wearing tags, care labels, and washing.In the case of a defective product, it is difficult to process an exchange/return if you send it directly at your own discretion, and free processing may not be possible depending on the condition of the product when it is received.
We will work to rectify the issue as quickly as we can once we’ve received all of the above information.
Defective items do not include the following:
1. Placement of prints
2. Slight colour differences due to color deviations from monitor screens
3. Slight color differences in the case of restocks
4. Minor defects such as loose threads
